I’m using the SendGrid block with HTML, but the unsubscribe is not working. Has anyone else had this issue? If so, were you able to resolve it? I have links, but they essentially go nowhere.
We need unsubscribe, too. (Isn’t it essential to bulk send?)
I have tried Dynamic Templates on the SendGrid side (they have a dedicated Unsubscribe module), but there seems to be no way to tap into them from AirTable.
I tried the Subscription Tracking SendGrid feature that’s supposed to add unsubscribe links automatically to all outgoing messages, but it doesn’t work for messages sent from AirTable, nothing gets added.
What can we do to allow the recipients to unsubscribe?
