Hey there Airtable community, newbie here. Literally day 1!
I am trying to figure out how to calculate the sum of how many times each option (Easy to use, I lose weight, etc) of both columns (Product benefits, Product features) appears.
So basically I want to see the following:
Product benefits:
Gives me energy: 4
Easy to use: 2
I lose weight: 2
I don’t have anxiety anymore: 2
Product Features:
I like the colour: 2
It’s tasty: 2
It comes from South America 1
Can anybody help?

Hi Lorenzo, if I were you I’d just convert the two multiple select fields into linked fields, and use a count field on the new table
Which should give you something like this:
If the survey is ongoing, we could make an automation that would paste the values from the multiple select field into the linked field so that you don’t have to do stuff manually.
If you only need a visual representation, then a chart or pivot app might do just fine for you too
