How would you design the base, tabs in Airtable to manage multiple forms, based on Product Records and their submissions

Hi everyone,

Can you help me understand what is the proper way to design base, tabs that are maintenance-friendly?

So I have a Product table/tab on Airtable. From each product item, I want to create multiple forms based on type e.g. Type-A, Type-B, and then record the form submissions so that it’s easy to manage the submissions.
