New Project Lead with a Headshot like the Project Tracker Template?

Hi Airtable World! This is something simple, but I can’t find the answer. When I opened a new Project Tracker template, it had a Project Lead column with individual names and headshots, for lack of a better name. I can’t figure out how to recreate the names or the images. They’re actually greyed out and I can’t edit them. In a previous account, I had to create a separate table for just team names and link to that sheet. I can’t get that to work, either. Suggestions?
