Hello everyone,

I am modeling a Plastic-Injection Production & Order Management database on Airtable with external Forms for data entry.

In plastic injection, each physical Mold has a number of physical Eyelets which produce a digital shape called Pieces (Component). Components, which are respectively, Pieces, Outsources, Workmanship, come up together in a joint table named Product Recipes and make up Products. Each Piece comes up as a Piece Model from the machinery, as it takes a specific Raw Material and a Color.

I have managed to work this with CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) operations implemented. Now there comes a difficult task I'm having trouble imagining.

As you see, later on, after I implement the Orders & Customers Module, I will move forward to Production Management Module. But there is a missing piece to that. You see, each machine has a different interface physically, and they get parameters to print the molds. So, each machine works differently with each mold, which arises me a need to couple Machine-Mold relationships. I will probably need to log in, Machine - Mold - Parameters in a junction table like I did in Product Recipes table. I can do that, but my question is, later on, how would that affect my Production Management table

Right now, I am going from left to right, picking up from drop-downs which are dynamically filtering each item depending on the previous selection. It's a fun project to work on, looking forward to your opinions.

Regards,
