I am trying to build a company wide resource management tool using the timeline interface with utilization. This works with how I normally do resource management for tracking individual rolls where everyone i tagged under the same linked field, but I have yet to figure out a good way to do it if people are tagged across multiple different linked fields.
We have our crews tagged by which role they play for each project (project manager, account manager, artist, etc) in linked fields for each role. This is great for laying out hows working what role, but recently my company wants to see what everyones schedules are to better plan out projects.
I've thought of trying to have an automation pull the entire crew into one "All Crew" linked field, but that doesn't work.
Do anyone know of a solution for this? Whether it's pulling everyone into one field or being able to view multiple roles in the timeline?
