Hi everyone,
I’m in charge of finances at a company that has 50+ bank accounts across structures & countries. I do a daily check of balances on a very simple spreadsheet. I basically have 30 columns with previous day data and enter the new daily balance.
I’ve always thought AirTable would be a much nicer way to deal with this (as I can group by currency, country, bank, structure for instance). However, updating a record - imo, these should be individual bank accounts - on a daily basis seems to be a struggle.
I can think of workarounds such as duplicating records & filtering in a different view ; or creating a separate table with all the raw data and using lookups … but this seems an overkill for something so basic.
Any thoughts?
Thanks!
