Good day
We are looking to incorporate our finance weekly tasks and monthly tasks in airtable for the 52 weeks of the year. Every day there are deliverables. We report our meetings weekly on our output.
How do we go about incorporating this into Airtable? I have tried the project management tool available but the problem is once the month is finished I need to edit the deliverable dates every month.

Hmm, I'd recommend using a combination of record templates (https://support.airtable.com/docs/using-record-templates-in-airtable) and scheduled automations
For the weekly stuff for example, you'd create a record template with all the tasks for each week, and you'd have an automation that runs every Sunday or something, and its action would be to create all the tasks for that week. This way you get to keep your historical weekly task data (e.g. their deliverable dates and history), and also having tasks automatically show up for you
Not too sure how your data's set up though, so let me know what doesn't work and we can tweak it from there. If you could provide some screenshots of how you ultimately want your data to look in your tables that'd be super helpful too!
