hey,
I would like to have a field or fields that inside them will be a table that workers will need to fill while they are filling the form.
for example, I have some items that i need to have control on the expire date and the pressure of them, so i need that in the form I will have a table with the names of the items as a column that already will be there and two columns for pressure and expiring date that they will fill. after that I need it to be inside a field.

This isn't possible with Airtable forms I'm afraid.  You'll need to look into third party form tools that can integrate with Airtable to see if they have the functionality you need, such as miniExtensions, On2Air Forms, Jotforms, etc
