Creating an order form

Hi Airtable community, first time posting here. Thanks for your help in advance.

So, I'm trying to create something like YC Startup School weekly update forms: every new record will be named as "[Monday of the week of {created time}] - [Sunday of the week of {created time}]". 

Just like this:

I'm very new to using formulas, but would really love to learn how that works.

Tried "Weekday", "Dateadd"
