Hi @Kusum_Chanrai - you could use a service like Zapier to populate another table when the priority changes to “no interest”, but the (easier) Airtable way would be to have multiple views on your deals table. You might have the following views:
All Deals - All deal records, no filters
Deals Declined - deal records where priority = “no interest”
Completed Deals - deal records where priority = “closed - completed” (I made this up)
Open Deals - deal records where priority is not either of “no interest” or “closed - completed”
It all depends upon the options within priority, but you get the gist of my suggestion :winking_face:
