We are looking for someone who has experience with Airtable databases (and blocks).
There are 2 parts to this job:
Part 1 - Building the Frame Work
Part 2 - Migrating the Data
It will include building the frame work for:
• Calendar System - currently all housed on a google calendar
• Ad Unit Inventory - Table of all of our ad units
• Client Insertion Order - Table of where each client is in their insertion order (contract)
• List of Clients - appx 100 of these (in a CSV file)
All the above things will need to be linked together and update together.
Migrating the Data:
We have 100 clients total. The document we need to integrate is currently a Word Doc (acting like a spreadsheet). The word document is 105 pages long. So that should give you an idea of the scope of work. I am including a page from it for one client as an example. The things crossed off have already been completed but would still need to be put into the table.
