Develop Airtable into a TV Production resource scheduling platform.

Key needs:

  1. Build a database of TV production locations, resources and assets.
  2. From an existing primary Airtable database, import/Ingest event data into a the “TV production” database. Once the event data is populated in the production database, kick-off automated functions that have been identified.
  3. Design UI for Super-users to conduct resource assignments for the imported events. Specific resource assignment functions have been identified.
  4. Design read-only portals or dashboards (possible mobile app) to share schedule with users.
  5. Ability to generate requests to a third party portal (Coupa) and,
  6. Generate management reports.
