I’m trying to centralize in one place, all the maintenance issue (should be around 1000) that we have in our apartments (repairs, maintenance cleaning, missing products, etc…).

This project should have 2 main components :

#1 Inspection form to create airtable entries
This list should be build trough an inspection form (mobile friendly) with a bunch of questions per room with possible comments/pictures attachment.

Example: [Kitchen] Is it clean ? Yes or No
If No, then What is the priority ? High / Medium / Low ?
Then create an entry in airtable

Airtable should have a way to easily filter the entries (priority, building location, rooms, departments)

Airtable/form should also have a way to ignore/mark “duplicate entires” in case we redo an inspection in the same room and one problem/question has not been fixed/completed yet.

#2 Reports
We would like to be able to somehow report on:

  • Which rooms have the most entries ?
  • Which building location have the most entries ?
  • Which departments have the most entries ?

Do you think this is something doable trough airtable ?
I’m also open to any third part integration if needed.
