Update a multiple select field using Airtable API

We need a developer to create an API to update my orders planning base.

I have created an orders planning Base that does everything I want but updating it is a bit of a pain, copying and pasting from a spreadsheet.

Please reply with any recommendations for people who can do this, or introducing yourself. Thanks!
