Need Help Designing AirTable Structure for Company / will pay

Trying to create an AirTable structure that fits the type of work we do and flow. Been using for a year now, and we can not make it work for our business, and trying to get help from someone to bounce ideas off of. We need to create a base for a To Do Tracker for our employees and projects, organizing clients, organizing projects. Open to paying someone to help build out our AirTable or teach our team how to use it the most efficient way.
