I am arranging 10 separate small group meetings for our CEO. I’m using Airtable to set up the sessions and send people to a form that allows them to select one of the meetings to attend. The meeting attendance is capped at 15.
That part works okay. The problem I’m running into is how to send an email acknowledgement correctly confirming their date and time, and an Outlook invitation with the .ics info that will correctly drop it into their calendar. I’m trying to use Integromat to add the email portion and the calendar function but none of the date / time info is correctly rendering, no matter what I do.
Need to get this out the door by tomorrow and I’m at a bit of a loss. Anyone have any expertise in this area who would be able to help me resolve this?
