I'm a seasoned product marketer (enterprise and startup tech B2B) and have been playing with a product marketing framework inside Airtable that is designed for organizations that do not have a formal product marketing program. It draws on a "collaborative intelligence" approach where sales, product, customer support, and marcom team members curate and publish content as part of daily activities. The "sales play" content publishes to the revenue facing team members via Slack channels. I'm hoping to find someone to help me trial and refine this with their team.
