You should be able to do this with Airtable’s native Gmail automations.
If that doesn’t provide enough power or flexibility for you, I have multiple clients doing this with Make's Gmail integrations. It can monitor a Gmail inbox (or any other Gmail folder) for incoming emails, and the emails can be filtered before bringing them into Airtable.
There can be a bit of a learning curve with Make, which is why I created this basic navigation video for Make, along with providing the link to Make’s free training courses.
