Hello, I have a table whose fields are mostly file attachments. when I 'send record' via email, the attachment resolution decreases and images are pixelated upon zooming.

Also the file names are being changed from the original names.

Are there workarounds?

Sorry about any furthered trouble with this! The regular Send email Action is limited to email verified accounts for workspaces on Free, Plus, or the Pro trial (section from FAQ seen here). If you're utilizing any of these plans, the recommended path forward is to either add the user(s) as collaborators on the base or to consider using the Gmail: Send email or Outlook: Send email actions instead, which are not limited by such restrictions.

Hi there! This is due to a change we made to increase the security of attachments last November. We no longer embed public attachment URLs and instead embed lower-resolution inline images in the email (due to email size limits). As a workaround to this, we recommend sending attachments via automations instead, as detailed here in our support pages under Option 2: As a file attachment. This will send the full attachments in their original state.

Hey there, thanks a ton for the link to the automation. But I am not able to send automated emails to non-collaborators on the 'Pro' plan, even though the account manager said its possible. can you please confirm?
