I am trying to have our Task Manager table automatically update by collaborator when a new task is assigned to that collaborator from a different table within the same base.
Example: Table one is Customers. When I assign a Customer to a Collaborator, I want it to automatically appear in Table 3, Task Manager. Some tasks are assigned from within Task Manager (not related to Customers) but I need ALL tasks assigned by collaborator to appear in Task Manager “live”, as soon as they are assigned.
Right now we are grouping Customers by collaborator and grouping Task Manager by collaborator, but the tables do not speak to each other so we have to reference 2 different tables to find our tasks.
What am I missing? It seems fairly straightforward. Is this possible?
