Dear All,
We are considering to use Airtable for customer complaint system.
The system need to send email to external customer (not the base shared user) only when the complaint is recorded in the system and when the complaint is completely fixed.
How can Airtable send email based on the changes of a field ? (eg : Complaint Status)
(without using Zapier or Integromat ?)
