use single select field values in input select

I’ve got multiple records grouped by a single select field. I want to edit the options in the single select field, but when I type in the changes and save, it locks up and won’t save the changes. I tried removing the grouping and then changing the names, but it still froze on me.

Resolved by restarting Airtable.
