Change the TimeZone of the Start Date in Google Calendar Automation

I am trying to send a message in Slack after an Event is created (new event in Google Calendar).

There is no clear way to change the timezone format, as the default looks like that: “2021-03-02T17:00:00.000Z”

Two questions here:
1 - is it possible to add a separator between Date AND time?
2 - is it possible to change the time zone as it looks like the default is GMT+0
