Copying formula output into URL field type

Hi, have a quick question: can I cange the output type of the formula fieldd?

Example: I have a column with e-mail (column type is e-mail), I want to create another column where I would take e-mail string and convert it into Barcode type. I use the formula to take the data from first column but then it has the same type. If I then convert to Barcode, the formula is not working anymore and all new lines are not filled in.

So, I’m looking if there is a way use both formula and type changing.
