AirTable -- Fillout Updating Record

Hi. I want to create an agreement form to sign. The form will be made in fillout. 

There will be fields for name, email address etc to fill in in the form, however I'd like the legal agreement text to be automatically in one field in AirTable that will also show up in the Fillout form. Is there some way to do it or am I going about it a wrong way?

Hi. How would I go around that fact that this agreement text field to be used each time a new agreement is signed. I'm a bit fuzzy on how to make sure that this field would somehow be a default field for each new row.
