Datafetcher is giving me a 403 error whenever I try to make a request

Whenever I try to make a request using Datafetcher, it gives me a 403 error. It’s my first time using it so I don’t know if I’m overlooking anything. I’ve tried contacting support but so far, I haven’t heard back from them.

Founder of Data Fetcher here. I’m afraid I didn’t see your support message - how did you try to get in touch?

I just took a look at your issue. The problem is you are entering the URL of the website, not the API URL. These are nearly always different URLs. I’ll email you the exact details to avoid sharing any confidential info here.

I'm experiencing the same problem with the url from a .csv file stored in sharepoint. Any chance you could give me a hand please ?
