DateTime add is not working correctly

Here’s all the info:

The formula is subtracting time when it should be adding time.

Here’s the beginning time settings

Here’s the formula settings

It should be adding one hour to the time, but instead it’s subtracting 7 hours.

Any help would be great!

Those 2 fields are in different time zones. You’ll need to adjust your formatting on each field to have matching time zones.
