Does airtable allow booking with days, times, in your timezone?

What I am hoping to create is a database + form (or another way) where I can let people see:

A week full of days and timeslots for each day, for example “Monday 8:00pm-9:00pm”.

Then, I would like them to be able to select multiple slots.

Also, I don’t want slots to be filled or seen busy, but keep the slots open at all times, except for the person who selected them - so you can see what slots you selected and be able to change them

Is this possible?
