Email body html tags

I have a field which is populated by the body of an email. I use zapier to forward any emails sent to a dedicated “to Do” email address to airtable.
The issues is that the field shows up with what I think are html tags, such as " <meta http-equiv=“Content-Type” content=“t…”
How can I get just the text from the body?
