Creating checkbox in rich text field via scripting

Hello! Has anyone has an issue with rich formatting before?

I'm trying to put bullet points in a rich formatted long text field and every time I click out of the field this message comes up:

An error has occurred
Sorry your base is out of sync with our servers. Please check your network connections.
Refresh the page.

Refreshing the page has yet to fix the issue.

Any tips?

I also had my share of problems with this, but it's a while back. Best chance is to mail to support@airtable.com, although I wouldn't hold my breath for an answer. 

ps: did you try to empty cache, etc?
