Field & table editing permissions still allow delete thru check box by hitting delete button

Every time when mouse cursor point to certain row, a check box will appear at its primary field. Users still can click on the check box and hit delete button to delete a / all records after setting nobody can delete records. Please disable the check box if permission is being set. Thanks.
