Fields out of order when reading table

Hello,
I use KODULAR to work, when reading the order fields appear out of place.
Order: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5.
as it appears: 4, 1, 3, 2, 5.
Someone help me correct this error.
I appreciate the help.
