I have:
a table Participants which includes name and contact information
a table Activities which includes activity leader, activity title, activity start date & time, activity end date & time
In the Activity table, I have a rollup of all the participants who attended the name activity on that particular day and time.
How do I
- extract contact information for each participant that attended a particular activity?
- activities are recurring: How do I identify list of participants and their contact information who have ever attended activity with a particular name?
