How to restore accidently updated record

I selected a hundred records and used the delete button on my keyboard to remove the content from them. I need to restore that content.

When I expand each record I see the removed content of that particular record. See screenshot:

Is there a way to restore the content of all the records?

I’m new to Airbase and had not done a snapshot.

As far as I know, you can only roll back with a snapshot. Without a snapshot, you’ll need to manually revert the changes by hand.
