We need full image to be shown as thumbnail. But the image is being cropped now. FYi -The images are being synced from Box folder. Is this possible?

There is a tiny little toggle that you can toggle between crop & fit.

Thank you for your reply we did try that option as well but the image doesn’t fit the thumbnail size. The image should have gotten resized to fit in the thumbnail and that’s the requirement. like I have attached two screenshots, 1- Airtable image(cropped) and how the actual image looks like. The image gets cropped to fit in the gallery view

Those are not Airtable screenshots, so I’m not sure what you’re referring to.

If you’re having problems with the gallery view, you can send an email to support@airtable.com, and you may also want to check out the gallery view from MiniExtensions:
