Is there a way of adding “mock” collaborators to a base? (show name without having to send out an actually link to someone’s email) I am creating a project tracking base and would like to add mock collaborators until I am able to release the base for others to actually see and use.

Beyond creating a bunch of dummy free accounts I do not think that is a built-in feature. You could just use a Text or Linked Record field to a temporary Collaborators table in the interim - but that would just be a workaround until it gets released.

Yikes, I was hoping for a different answer. I did try using linked records, but it just created a lot repetitive columns throughout the base. Went about it for hours until I broke. Thanks for your reply, though.

Since this questions was asked quite a while ago, I was wondering whether there has been a feature added which features “mock” collaborators as Airtable is using them in their demonstration workspaces:

I believe the answer given by @Alex_Wolfe is still accurate at this time.
