Hello Everyone! I’m trying to create a to-do list, where one record has a number of tasks that need to be completed. When assigning the same collaborator for the same task but different records they all appear under the collaborators name. I would like to have a unique entry for each record, who it is assigned to, and track the progress for this assignment.
For example, Josh is joining my company. To onboard Josh I will need to 1. Create an ID; 2. Offer Letter; 3. Sign Acknowledgement. Now let’s say I assign 1&3 to Michael. I want these to appear as different records not just as josh. Now if I add Nina who also needs 1,2,3 tasks I want that to appear as a different records even if micheal is assigned to a number of these tasks
