Multiple Select - delete value

I was choosing an entry under multiple select and accidentally hit an extra key. I hit enter before I realized the typo and now have an extra entry there that makes it more difficult to choose the correct one. I can’t seem to find a way to delete the choice. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

And of course, I go back to it, and little x’s have appeared. Never mind me. LOL
