This is the image link I'm trying to use:

I can load it just fine in my web browser, but Page Designer says there's no image there. How do I fix this?

Hm, I tried another image link and Page Designer loaded it up fine, so there's probably something unique to your image host that's causing this issue. Try hosting it somewhere else like imgur?
