Print a list with Page Designer

I’m trying to print a multiple page Page Designer Block in landscape.

I have a Page Designer Block that generates a report which contains on each page a record, which contains some static text, some inline fields, and a grid. The pages are set up as 8 1/2 x 11" in landscape.

If I print these to either PDF or a printer, they print in portrait mode, making the text very hard to read. This occurs even when in the Print menu I’ve selected Landscape.

If I set the printer or Acrobat also to Landscape mode, the first page prints fine, but all the remaining pages are blank.

Note that display is fine if I use the Previous Record and Next Record buttons. It’s also fine when selecting Present.

How can I get a usable landscape printout?
