We received a “Maximum Credits Exceeded” error on a SendGrid app block and after upgrading SendGrid we are still receiving this error.
We have tried:
- refreshing app blocks
- creating a new API
- creating a new block with new API
- duplicating base to start fresh again
Nothing seems to work, it’s as though Airtable won’t recognize that we upgraded our account. We were able to do upgrade our SendGrid account without an issue last year when we had an increase in messages to send via Airtable.
A support request has also been made.
In the meanwhile, any other ideas to try, please share!
