Hi! I work at a K-8 school, and we are scoping out whether Airtable can help us with our school lunch ordering and afterschool care ordering. Both needs are currently managed using analog, calendar-based systems, where parents mark what they want on which days, for which children. Lunches involve a range of options, so we have a printed, grid-like order form.
If a parent wanted to order lunches and/or afterschool care online for, say, the month of January (and they’d need to (1) get their orders in by a certain date, and (2) have the flexibility to request same-day childcare), and have the info be available to all staff in a usable format (and be printable for the lunch provider), could Airtable help?
