I am new here.
I am interested in creating a one-page spreadsheet to keep track of numbers that are chosen by participants in a raffle.
Ideally I would like them to be able to enter the numbers themselves, but if they can’t, I would like the spreadsheet to be read-only.
How would I go about doing something like this?
