We are new to Airtable. We have some .csv files that get pushed daily to an FTP server. We are hoping to be able to pull those .csv files and the data within them and dump it into Airtable.
We are a bit lost of where to start with this automation without using the API ideally.
If anyone has any experience with this use case or integration we would love to hear about it.

Welcome to the community, @Justin_Gilbert!
Yes, you can easily do this with Integromat, which is a no-code/low-code, point-and-click, automation & integration tool.
Just use Integromat’s FTP module (or SFTP module) to monitor for new files, then use the CSV module to parse the data, then use the Airtable module to sync the data into Airtable.
Once you set it up once, it will work automatically from that point forward.
p.s. I am a professional Airtable consultant and an Integromat Partner, and the Integromat links contain my partner referral code. If you have a budget for your project and you’d like to hire an expert consultant to help, please feel free to contact me through my website at ScottWorld.com.
