I would like to have a “Summary Table” of the sum info. That is the totals after grouping. How can this be done easily?

You’d have to link every record in that table you have screen-captured to a single record in the summary table. Then you can use Rollups to summarize your data as you are wanting. Here’s an example where I am doing this:
