Has anyone successfully set up the app “Address Cleanser by LOB”, from lob.com?
I cannot get past the setup stage. When I submit the last of my setup details (page 2 of 2) I get the message “Sorry, an error occurred”. It recommends reloading the app, which I’ve done several times, then contacting Lob support. I thought I’d try the community first.
Also, I’m using a test environment secret API key from Lob. Also tried the live environment secret API key but that requires a credit card (so I didn’t actually try it). Also tried the test environment publishable API key but it says a publishable API key cannot be used to authenticate with this end point (I’m in Australia – the end point at the end of the world!).
