The CSV Import app works nicely, but I cannot seem to use it unless the AT table already contains columns. I had hoped it could use all of the first-row columns in the CSV file to auto-populate the AT table. Is this not possible, or am I just missing something obvious. Thanks very much.

Unfortunately, the CSV Import app requires pre-existing columns.
If you want to create a brand new table, you can import a brand new table and Airtable will create the columns — but for some reason, they didn’t carry over this functionality to the CSV Import app.
There’s no rhyme or reason to the decisions Airtable makes. :man_shrugging:t2:

Thank you so much for your quick reply. Seems a little hard to understand, but I presume they had their reason. Perhaps a change will be made in the future. Again, thank you very much for your time.
