You wouldn’t want to use Airtable for that. Airtable is meant to be a database that is used directly in its interface as if it were a spreadsheet. It’s good for small-medium scale project management and team coordination kind of stuff. It is not meant for heavy API traffic.
For an app back-end, you’ll want to use something like Firebase.
