I wanted to show you how you can automatically create invoices (or any document) in Google Docs using data from your Airtable base.



This uses the On2Air Docs. It allows you to automatically generate documents in Docs from any data you have in Airtable.

  1. Copy the free Invoice Google Docs template and the Sales Base Airtable template
  2. Set up the automation in On2Air Docs using the settings from the article/video (you only have to do this part 1 time)
  3. Click Generate Invoice in your base
  4. View your newly created invoice in Google Drive and a PDF version in your attachments field in your Airtable base!
